About Badger’s Corner
Badger’s Corner is a true mid-century home built in the early 1960’s. Lived in by the original owners until very recently, the house has been lovingly updated while still maintaining the charm and mishmash look of the last 50 years.
The house offers many amenities to help you enjoy your visit, while still feeling like a home; not like a hotel or short-term rental.
The House
Badger’s Corner is a three-bedroom rental house with Private Guest Rooms and Shared Spaces. Rooms can be rented separately or the full house may be rented as one.

Main Bedroom (170 sq. ft.): Queen bed with ensuite full bathroom, walk-in closet
Second Bedroom (118 sq. ft.): Queen bed with shared full bathroom, full closet
Third Bedroom (156 sq. ft.): Queen bed with shared full bathroom, full closet

The large driveway has room for at least 2 cars, plus additional off-street parking adjacent to the house.

Badger’s Corner is situated in a quiet, suburban neighborhood filled with families, retired folks and friendly neighbors. Located down the hill from the local high school, shopping centers and more, most things you may need are only a pleasant walk or short drive away.

Surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, cinema, live theater, parks, hiking trails and relaxing beach areas, the City of Federal Way has something to offer almost everyone. And much of it is within as little as a ten or fifteen minute drive from the house.
